Problem: How to get print ready business card design?
What if we are not among big companies who can hire talented but costlier graphic designers? What if we need a very straight task of basic business card design? But we don’t have knowledge of any technical software to create it for printing purpose.
Why isn’t it so easy to design business cards online for print?
Actually designing for printing objective is done on Vector design softwares like
1. Coreldraw
3. Adobe Illustrator etc.
These are technical to learn and hard to use for new users when purpose is rare or light like designing business cards. Designing on browser-based design tools have their limitations. Web2print companies worldwide including us (www.inkprint.in) are continuously working to solve this problem by offering many design templates. We are really working hard to enable users to create printable design files. Some very old companies are having thousands of ready-made business card templates too but most of the users found them so generic or are disappointed because of almost no flexibility of changing and placement of elements.
Option 1: Canva.com
There is a very good and easy to use tool called Canva. There are easy to customize templates of business cards are available where anyone can design business cards absolutely free. There is a huge collection of images, icons & templates (plenty of them are free). This is our favorite tool and we recommend for small and medium companies for their small and daily design needs.

How to Download printable file from Canva?
While downloading printable file from Canva, you need to check advance options and select Publish with crop marks & Bleed. Then click on PDF: for Print

Option 2: Brother Creative Center
They allow you to design online and let you download print ready file but we could not find any option of adding bleed. This may be a good option when you need to print only few cards at home.
Option 3: businesscardstar.com
It is also a good option to design your business cards here & this site gives you print ready file with cut marks & bleed but you will have to pay for that.
In our opinion, Canva is the best choice from easiness and usability perspective.
